REGISTRATION FOR CAMP IN THE CITY IS CURRENTLY FULL

WHAT IS KIDS SUMMER CAMP?
Our Kids Summer Camp is an awesome day camp at Crosspoint Church that is put on by Camp Eagle’s Camp Eagle in the City staff. Kids will enjoy rock climbing, archery tag, water activities, worshiping with friends, exploring God’s unchanging Word and learning what it means to be a kid who follow Christ. It’s right in your own backyard and jam-packed with awesome adventure opportunities to learn and grow.

How much does it cost?
Early Spot Reservation            March 7-28                 $215 per camper

Open Registration                   March 29-April 25       $225 per camper

Late Registration                     April 26-May 12          $250 per camper

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to hold a spot. This will be applied to the total camp cost. Your final invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provide when completing the registration form, along with a link for payment. Your full camp balance is due by May 31.

What time does camp start and end?
Drop off is from 8-8:30am. Camp activities begin promptly at 8:30 each day, so don’t be late!

Pick up is from 4:30-5:00pm.

Camp/Crosspoint staff are not responsible for kids before 8am or after 5pm, so please arrive on time.

Will food be provided for my camper?
We will provide an afternoon snack for each camper.

Campers will need to bring their own lunch, water bottle, and any additional snacks from home. There will be water refill stations at various locations around the campus.

Is there a limit to how many campers may attend?
Due to a limited about of space on our campus and the need for social distancing, we will not be able to accept registration for additional campers once our camper limit has been met. In order to ensure that your camper(s) have a spot, be sure to sign up early and complete all of the necessary steps for registration. Spots fill up quickly, so sign up today!

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

90 days out = 25% of total is due

60 days out = 50% of total is due

30 days out = 100% of total is due

5th – 8th Grade:  June 18-22
9th – 12th Grade: June 13-17

How much does it cost?

Non refundable Deposit: $150 **This is counted towards the total cost of camp.

Example of a “Day at Camp”

8:00am – Breakfast
9:00am – Morning Chaos – Small dance party and a brief talk on the Day’s theme
9:15am – 10(ft) for 10(min) (Alone time with God. Reading, praying, journaling)
10:00am – Activity Rotations
12:00pm – Lunch
2:00pm – Integrated Bible Study in small groups
3:30pm – 5:30pm – Activity Rotations
6:00pm – Dinner
7:00pm- Evening Experience (worship, message, groups)
7:45pm-8:30pm – Group Time

TRANSPORTATION:
All transportation is provided by Crosspoint Church via coach buses to and from Camp Eagle.

FOOD:
All food is provided through the cost Summer Camp. If your child has a food allergy, we ask that you describe in detail via 2019 Health & Release Form, Camp Eagle Health Waiver.

PACKING NEEDS

Appropriate clothes for summer camp (like rec clothes, 1 piece swim suit, tank tops, shorts, etc.)
Sleeping bag & pillow, toiletries, etc.
Every student will be given a Summer Camp shirt to wear on the day we return.
Please make sure that any medicine (even tylenol) is put in a zip-lock bag with instructions on time and frequency of the medication needed.
